By accessing or using any service offered by Enissen Manufacturing ("Enissen," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the following terms and conditions, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
Enissen Manufacturing provides precision CNC manufacturing management, Swiss-type machining coordination, production oversight, quality assurance, and global logistics services. All services are delivered strictly in accordance with the technical specifications and drawings submitted by the client.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if any client violates the conditions outlined herein.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and technically sound design documentation (PDF, DWG, STEP or equivalent). Enissen Manufacturing accepts no liability for defects or deviations caused by incorrect or incomplete technical specifications submitted by the client.
All price quotations issued by Enissen Manufacturing are valid for a period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated in writing. Enissen reserves the right to revise pricing in the event of significant fluctuations in raw material costs, energy prices, or currency exchange rates.
Acceptance of a quotation constitutes a binding agreement to proceed with production under the terms stated therein. Any amendments to the scope of work following quotation acceptance may result in revised pricing and timelines.
All technical drawings, designs, specifications, and proprietary data submitted by the client remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client. Enissen Manufacturing agrees to treat all such information as strictly confidential and shall not disclose, reproduce, or use such information for any purpose other than fulfilling the agreed service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enissen Manufacturing shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total value of the relevant purchase order.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the relevant jurisdiction.
